WoTL is pleased to open a call for Expressions of Interest, for Stepping Into Leadership (SiL) Program Facilitators (2028–2032).
This incredible opportunity would see successful applicants become part of the legacy of SiL, WoTL’s flagship leadership development program that has been delivered for more than a decade. The program supports women working in agriculture and rural industries to better understand themselves, build confidence, strengthen relationships and step into leadership in their businesses, communities and industries.
More than 200 women have graduated from Stepping Into Leadership since it’s inception. The stories of how their lives, communities and businesses have been impacted by their participation continue to demonstrate the value of this work and bring immense pride to WoTL, SiL Facilitators, past program sponsors and scholarship supporters. This is your opportunity to be part of that ongoing impact.
WoTL is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced facilitators to lead the Stepping Into Leadership Program from 2028 onwards and welcomes applications from facilitators who are passionate about supporting women in agriculture and who can create transformative learning experiences grounded in connection, self-awareness and authentic leadership.
