Stepping into Leadership
WoTL’s Stepping into Leadership Program transforms the lives of women in agriculture and rural communities through the offering of quality professional development, coaching, networking and mentoring support.
Specifically designed for emerging leaders in agriculture and agribusiness looking for training and support to step into leadership roles in industry, community or business, the program enables fifteen women from across South Australia to build personal leadership skills through participation in face-to-face professional development and the ongoing support provided through individual coaching, mentoring and webinars.

This group has helped me find myself again and rediscover my strengths to help me, my community and my family. I’m very grateful, my mentor was a perfect fit for me.
The personal growth during the Stepping into Leadership program was amazing, and with the skills and tools I learnt, I was able to apply these to both my consulting business and our farming business. The coaching during the program built my confidence and taught me how to make better decisions.
