The Change Compass
Following the success of the Regenerate Rural Women Program, the call for “what’s next?” was loud and clear. Women wanted to keep building on their growth, to face challenges with strength, and to continue striving to be their best selves. In response, The Change Compass was created, designed both for those who took part in Regenerate Rural Women and for those who wished they had.
Change is constant, but with the right tools it can become an opportunity.
Over 6-8 weeks, The Change Compass offers rural women the time, space, and tools to explore change from both practical and emotional perspectives. In a supportive environment, participants will learn how to build clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of control when facing uncertainty.
- Reflect on personal experiences with change and discover what supports your growth.
- Explore models and strategies to better understand your own and others’ responses to change.
- Develop skills in managing resistance, building confidence, and having difficult conversations.
- Strengthen resilience and flexibility by learning how to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace new possibilities.
- Connect with a supportive network of rural women, sharing experiences and strategies to lead through transitions with courage and purpose.
What does the program involve?
Program participants are expected to commit to:
- an introductory Zoom session,
- 2 x one-day, in person workshops approximately 4-6 weeks apart, and
- a Zoom group check in.
