About

From running a business or farm to raising a family and keeping your community strong, rural life comes with a lot of demands that can leave you burnt out, overwhelmed and struggling to switch off, and looking for real, practical tools for boosting your energy and protecting your mental health – without the fluff.

This workshop will cover:

  • Practical techniques to manage stress and prevent burnout in your daily operations
  • A clear framework for managing your time and energy
  • Specific strategies to combat feelings of isolation, overwhelm and uncertainty
  • Hands -on exercises to identify your unique wellbeing needs and solutions

Supportive connections and real conversations with others facing similar challenges

Cost

$22 + booking fee.

The day includes morning tea and lunch.

The full cost of this workshop is $500 per person which has been heavily reduced thanks to the support of event sponsors.

Having grown up on the Limestone Coast and worked with thousands of people about the realities of life, Bel understands the unique pressures of business ownership and brings practical, trauma-informed approaches that actually work in the real world of regional living.
