Take Control of Your Financial Numbers – Riverland 2026
Understanding cashflow and financial position for active financial management.
About
The low rainfall over the last few years, paired with the unprecedented rise in the cost of doing business and lower commodity prices have seen farming businesses face the ‘perfect storm’ and the risk associated with managing a farming business is higher now than even 10 years ago. This workshop will give farmers clear, practical tools to make confident financial decisions and focus on active financial management to help you take control of your numbers. Participants will:
- Take a deep dive into cash flow forecasting
- Understand impacts of key business decisions
- Understand how lenders assess serviceability and risk
- Gain tips on how to improve communication in family/partner businesses
- Connect with other likeminded farmers.
This workshop is open to all members of the farm business team and more than one member of the business is encouraged to attend.
