Knowing Yourself – Managing Your Farm Business

In this first of six Managing Your Farm Business workshops, Toni Duka, Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, and Women in Ag advocate, will take you through one of the most critical elements of managing your farm business – knowing yourself.

About

The workshop will cover:

  • Personality styles and how they work together
  • How to look after self and others
  • Values; how they show up and what influences them
  • Circles of influence
  • Understanding your support network
  • Managing Change

This workshop forms part of a 6 part series – it is not essential, but is highly encouraged that participants attend each workshop for greatest benefit. Future sessions include:

8.45am for a 9.00am start to 3.00pm

Manoora Football Club, 61 Weymouth Street, Manoora.

Cost

The cost of the single workshop is $55 + booking fee.

The cost of the 6 workshop series is $275 + booking fee

The day includes morning tea and lunch.

The full cost of this workshop is $500 per person which has been heavily reduced thanks to the support of event sponsors.
