Join WoTL for an interactive workshop that give you insights into the impact of personality types in how we communicate within teams and how we can build effective teams. The workshop will cover:
- Build your understanding of communication styles
- Practical tips for working in teams and running meetings
- Develop your confidence as a team member
- Identify the skills you bring to a group
- Goal setting
The workshop will be followed by 2 group webinar sessions that will continue to build on the program content.

About your presenters
Jeanette Long
Jeanette is passionate about building people skills in agriculture and has a particular interest in working with rural women. Jeanette has worked extensively with WoTL over the last three years working with rural communities impacted by drought and bushfire.
Sharon Honner
Sharon has experienced her own leadership journey gaining a wealth of knowledge during the process. She has an understanding and appreciation that everyone treads a different path and enjoys helping others strive for their full potential.
