Join WoTL for an interactive workshop that give you insights into the impact of personality types on how we communicate within teams and how we can build effective teams.
The workshop will cover:
- Build your understanding of communication styles
- Practical tips for working in teams and running meetings
- Develop your confidence as a team member
- Identify the skills you bring to a group
- Goal setting
The program will include a follow-up group webinar that will continue to build on the program content.

Arno Bay Sports Complex, Arno Bay
Cost
$30 plus GST and booking fee. Morning tea and lunch is included.
Each participant will receive a beautiful WoTL compendium to take home.
The full cost of this workshop is $350 which has been heavily reduced thanks to support of event sponsors.

Jeanette is passionate about building people skills in agriculture and has a particular interest in working with rural women. Jeanette has worked extensively with WoTL over the last three years working with rural communities impacted by drought and bushfire.
