Good communication is one of the key skills for successful teams, whether on the sports ground or within a farming family.
This workshop will explore some of the strategies to successful communication including:
- Understanding your personality type
- Effect of personality type on communication
- Effect of stress on communication
- Identifying and managing triangulation in communication.
