About Your Presenter

Mark and Merridee Schilling, A.G Schilling Co

For over 100 years, the Schilling family has farmed at Cunliffe, growing the business across four generations from humble beginnings clearing land to a highly diversified enterprise spanning more than 3000ha. Today, the Schilling Group includes grain production and export, machinery import, mouse bait production, seed breeding investment, on-farm storage, ag technology and even a beer brewed from malted barley grown on the property.

While Mark leads the business as CEO, Merridee has played a key role behind the scenes as the business’s “Chief Financial Officer,” managing everything from finance, compliance and HR to international supplier negotiations and business systems. Together with their sons Aidan and Rohan now stepping into key management and distribution roles, the family continues to build a progressive and innovative farming enterprise for the next generation.
