Han Worsley

Han grew up on the family mixed-grazing property north of Nullamanna, NSW. They now live on a hobby farm in Bega NSW, and work for Study Hubs Australia helping locals to access tertiary education at hubs across rural and remote Australia. Prior to this, Han was the CEO and an Executive Director of Country to Canberra, a not-for-profit empowering young rural women and non-binary people to reach their leadership potential, and a primary teacher! This real passion for gender equality and education opportunities in rural Australia motivated Han to get involved with WoTL and support women connected through agriculture.

Tony Catt

With over 25 years of providing succession and retirement planning advice to farming clients Tony comes to WoTL with a desire to make a difference to people in the agricultural sector and help improve their lives. Tony has a long track record of developing business and associated services and is currently the CEO of Hub 39, under which 6 businesses run. As well as a strong financial and business acumen Tony also brings experience in marketing to the WoTL Board.

Leanne Pridham

A grain grower from the Yorke Penninsula, Leanne Pridham is a passionate advocate for regional communities and supporting women in agriculture. With more than 20 years’ experience across the livestock and grains industries, including roles in farming, farm business management and state government compliance, Leanne brings a broad understanding of agriculture from both a practical and business perspective.

Through her own involvement with WoTL, Leanne has experienced first-hand the confidence, connection and learning that can grow from a safe, open and curious learning environment. As a WoTL Director, leanne has a desire to give back to an organisation that creates opportunities for women to connect, grow and thrive, and supporting women to recognise their strengths and be the best version of themselves.

Renee Farrow

Renee is passionate about empowering rural women and specialises in designing and delivering immersive leadership development experiences and collaborative systems change strategies across organisations and industries. Raised on her family farm on Nharangga Country, Yorke Peninsula, Renee combines deep agricultural roots with expertise in sustainability, leadership development, and systems thinking. Renee has led transformative projects across industries, driving innovation and fostering collaboration to tackle complex, wicked challenges. She brings strategic leadership, a commitment to regenerative practices, and a vision for a more sustainable and inclusive food system in Australia and beyond. Renee believes that the heart and soul of a sustainable, regenerative future is feminine and is excited to join the WoTL board and empower women across rural and regional Australia to bring about this future.

Joyce Ceravolo

Joyce Ceravolo

Joyce is passionate about advocating for women’s diversity and inclusivity in positions of leadership, particularly in the agricultural sector. She is excited to bring her skills and experience to WoTL, helping to advance its mission and empower women in agriculture. Joyce is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a rich background in food safety, quality assurance, and business development within the agricultural and food processing sectors. Currently working as the Business Development Manager at Ceravolo Orchards and Ashton Valley Fresh, Joyce is part of the fourth generation working on the family orchard where she has developed a diverse skill set with a proven track record of demonstrated success in building fruitful partnerships and networks within the agricultural industry.

 

Emily_Mellor

Emily Mellor

Emily works on the land of the Kaurna people and has over 20 years’ experience working within both State and Commonwealth Government departments and the non-government sector, across a broad range of primary industries including fisheries and aquaculture, water, forestry, biosecurity and livestock. Her skills span project management, policy development and analysis, stakeholder engagement and extension, strategic planning, grant administration and governance. She has a passion for education and extension, collaborative projects and being an agent for positive change. Emily is currently working in the role of General Manager, Aquaculture within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions. Emily has been a participant and beneficiary of WoTL events and courses and is excited to give back to an organisation that supports women to thrive in their chosen field.

Sarah Breen WoTL Board Director

Sarah Breen

Sarah Breen is a brand, community and leadership strategist with 15+ years’ experience scaling consumer brands across Australia and New Zealand. Raised on a grain and sheep farm on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, Sarah brings a deep understanding of regional communities and a strong commitment to creating pathways for women in leadership – a firm believer of “you can’t be, what you can’t see”.

A former senior leader at lululemon, she led brand, community and partnership strategy across AUNZ, supporting new market growth and building high-impact ambassador and community programs that strengthened brand equity and long-term loyalty.

As Founder of Ember Leadership, Sarah partners with founder-led and scaling brands on brand and community growth, partnership strategy, leadership development, culture and facilitation. She brings strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and a people-centred leadership approach to her role on the WoTL Board.
