TRADE SHOW

WoTL are supporting a number of small, regionally based businesses to have a trade show stand at the Thriving Women 2026 Conference.

The trade show will be open for the duration of the conference from 8.00am - 5.00pm on Monday August 10 and 8.00 am - 2.00 pm on Tuesday August 11, 2026.

Set up can be on Sunday 9th August or Monday 10th August.

The trade show offering includes:

  • A 3m x 2m space
  • A table and chair
  • Catering for two days (morning and afternoon tea and lunch)
  • Access to the conference coffee cart
  • Exposure to 200 conference delegates

Commitment from you:

  • $165 (GST inclusive) site contribution.

What this opportunity doesn't include:

  • Access to conference activities, including the dinner.

WoTL will give preference to businesses who are:

  • an owner/ operator business,
  • rural or regionally based,
  • have no more than 1- 2 FTE employees,
  • able to contribute to the diversity of products available for purchase,
  • able to provide sufficient stock for conference sales,
  • able to handle sales on site eg.cash/ credit card/ eftpos.

Submission process

  • Applications will be reviewed by the Conference Committee.
  • Out-of-pocket expenses are the responsibility of the business (travel, accommodation etc).
  • Submissions that are not a small, regionally based business, are incomplete or received after the due date will only be considered at the discretion of the Committee.
