About the event

If time and money were no object what would you do?

It doesn’t have to be a job, it could be following a passion or developing a community project.

Seeds of Ambition – Women’s Wellbeing Day is a day to put YOURSELF FIRST!

WoTL and Be Simply Free have teamed up to support women to start decluttering their lives by making space in their calendar for a day of self reflection and self care. The day will remind women we are more than the titles of wife, mum or employee.

We want to connect YOU with other smart, talented and passionate rural women and give YOU permission to put yourself first and plant a seed of the future life YOU want to live. The day will also connect you with services that may help you to take baby steps to bring your ideas to life.

  • 9.30-10am – Who are you?
  • 10-10.30am – Permission to dream
  • 10.30-11.30am – Setting yourself up for success
  • 11.30am-12.30pm – Nourishing lunch and connection time
  • 12.30-1.45pm – Giving yourself time to reflect and grow
  • 1.45-2pm – Leaving with passion, purpose and action steps

Please consider donating to help WoTL deliver more opportunities and inspiration to regional women. 100% of donated funds will support program delivery or sponsor rural women to attend events.
WoTL is a not-for-profit, run by a volunteer board.
